We chose pizza at random at Boudha Roadside Cafe. The service staff looked free but just wanted to see the guests with a white face. However, we called a waiter to order. For the water, we also reminded twice.

The food served at this restaurant is the best in Bodha. I love the pasta and hot chocolate. As long as I am in Bodha, I always love to visit here, enjoy the food and the view. The evening is the best time to come here.

Nepal Kathmandu Bodaha Buddha Tower is shining in the sun, shining around this small world, making people feel like paradise. Vietnamese restaurant first, a fresh vegetable shrimp roll. The outer skin is chewy for the metric Q bullet. There is fine rice noodles in the inner roll. When it is fresh. Vegetable shrimp with Vietnamese butter sauce and sour vinegar juice. There is a salty and sweet juice with the sea breeze on the beach. I love the stomach. Of course, there is no need for the carb water of rice. Come to a vegetable fried tofu with rice. In fact, it is not like Chinese-style stir-fry, but more like celery. Inside, add cauliflower carrot shreds tender pumpkin slices lentils dried tofu with ginger slices garlic and stir-fried together on the table and sprinkle onion with water leek green leaves to decorate and provide a small dish of pickled juice. When I eat, I will use tofu to eat the pickled juice. The taste of tofu is very chewy. Like meat. The taste is haha, the juice is salty and the appetite is completely opened. It is not necessary to eat the vegetables in the original soup. It is also extremely delicious. #Good place to travel out of the country.

The arrival time started, lunch took about 90 minutes, and when it arrived it was too salty and not too good. We asked about it more than an hour later and the waiter made us feel that his day was inconvenient.

Roadhouse in Boudha has a beautiful view over the Stupa, particularly at night where candles light up the view. The menu is VERY western, but quite mild. I would recommend eating here if you&#39;ve found yourself sensitive to local food. The pizzas were reasonably good quality - great sizes for the price, so very good value for money, an extensive range, and if you eat on the top floor you can watch the cooks put your pizza together and fire it. The pastas are good as well, though several different items on the menu were unavailable every time we enquired, and we visited multiple times over a few weeks.

In the past couple of years, I had Lunch and Dinner at the Roadhouse at several occasions. Service has never been great, food was always excellent. Particular my last visit was disappointing ! In the evenings the light is so low, one can barely read the menu. Service has never been friendly, the waiters do just the absolute minimum. A &quot;hello&quot; is already too much to expect ! Don&#39;t expect a smile ! After I finished the meal, I wanted also an Espresso, but 2 of the waiters were chatting and playing on their phones, (which I could see from my table) They could not be bothered even having a look to it&#39;s customers. ( The Restaurant was almost empty) I waited too long in front of the empty plates, so I had to get up to ask one waiter for the bill. Service is sloppy at best, inattentive, and no waiter ever checks on its customer. No &quot;goodbyes&quot;, no &quot;thank you&quot; when I left. I observed similar behaviors by the waitstaff on other tables. Unfriendly Staff all around. Considering the prices, service should be much better, but they don&#39;t care. Disappointing dinner !
